However, for that extra dose of Box3 utility perks, users gotta stake those $BX3 tokens on the platform.

1. SAND Hub:

   • Offers high Annual Percentage Yield (APY) on $SAND staking without the need for owning LAND.

   • Accessible to both regular users and $BX3 token holders.

2. Creators Hub:

   • Supports game creation with varying levels of priority, from basic to high.

   • Allows for game creation on Premium LAND, with this feature exclusive to $BX3 token holders.

   • Provides two tiers of game promotion plans: basic and premium, the latter being available solely for $BX3 token holders.

3. LAND Hub:

   • Enables LAND renting services with basic and high priority options.

   • High priority LAND renting and high APY LAND staking are privileges reserved for $BX3 token holders.

4. Player Hub:

   • Organizes BOX3 Competitions open to all users.

   • Offers extra rewards in BOX3 Competitions exclusively for $BX3 token holders.

   • Allows the publishing of third-party games in Competitions, a feature available to $BX3 token holders.

Additional Insights: The APY is enhanced by combining two pools: the yield from games earning $SAND and the $BX3 rewards, offering a lucrative mix for stakeholders.

Note: "High APY" refers to the attractive rate of return earned by combining staking rewards from The Sandbox and rental yields from games that earn $SAND, along with additional $BX3 rewards, for a potentially higher total return.
